Lynn Conway Award
The Lynn Conway Award is presented each year to the athlete who epitomizes the ideals personified by Mr. Conway during his 34 year career as athletic director at Delta College: leadership, skill, teamwork, integrity, sportsmanship, and citizenship.
Dr. Daniel Kinsey Memorial Award
The Dr. Daniel Kinsey Memorial Award The Dr. Daniel Kinsey Memorial Award is presented each year at Delta College to honor those students best exemplifying the finest in Athletic Achievement Scholarship and consideration of their fellow man.
Charles Lord Pioneer Athletics Championship Award
This Award is presented each year to the Delta College Pioneer athletic team that exhibits the championship mentality in the support of their fellow Pioneers. Coach Lord, during his tenure, exudes the qualities of selflessness, teamwork, sportsmanship, and value and pride of Pioneer athletics.

NJCAA Awards
Each year, the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) All-American recipients are student-athletes who exemplify many outstanding traits, including leadership, teamwork, integrity, athletic excellence, and more. These individuals not only perform at the highest level in their sport but also serve as role models within their teams, on campus, and in their communities. Being named an All-American is one of the highest honors in NJCAA athletics, recognizing dedication, perseverance, and a commitment to both academic and athletic success.
