Delta College Men’s Basketball Falls at Mid-Michigan Community College, 105-90

The Delta College Men's Basketball Team fell on the road to Mid Michigan College, 105–90, in conference play.
The contest remained competitive through stretches, with Delta shooting an efficient 50.0% from the field (35–70). The Pioneers trailed 49–38 at halftime and worked to close the gap in the second half, but Mid Michigan's perimeter shooting proved decisive. The home team connected on 20–39 (51.3%) from 3-point range, creating separation down the stretch.
Sir'Real Smith led Delta with 34 pts on 12–21 shooting, including 3–6 from beyond the arc and a perfect 7–7 from the free-throw line, while adding 9 reb. Jaylen Carthan followed with 20 pts on an efficient 8–10 from the field, along with 5 ast and 2 stl. Deontrey Gary contributed 19 pts, and Jimmy McCrum added 10 pts and 3 stl.
Delta finished 13–15 (86.7%) from the free-throw line and recorded 26 total rebounds with 12 assists, but Mid Michigan's 22 assists and hot shooting night ultimately made the difference.
