RECAP: Delta College split a doubleheader against Grand Rapids on Monday. In the opening game, the Raiders' offense proved too much, erupting for six runs in the bottom of the fourth inning. Delta managed to get on the board in the fourth, but GRCC ended the game early via the run rule with a 10-1 victory.

Geena Gauthier turned in a gritty performance on the mound, pitching a complete game and striking out eight batters. Despite a late push by the Raiders in the sixth, Delta held on to secure the 5-3 win.
