"Tonight, I was proud of my girls for playing our game and working on things that we need to focus on to be successful this season. Our offense had its ups and downs, but overall, we controlled the flow of the game and looked so fun. At our first tournament, we struggled serving tough, but at a high percentage, and I was incredibly happy to see that we cleaned that up." - Head Coach Angie Compton
The Pioneers' depth proved key, with several players stepping up in different moments to swing the momentum. With this important conference win under their belt, Delta will look to build on the performance as they continue through conference play.
